Viral Growth Campaigns
We build the launch trailer, the shareable mechanic and the launch-day sequence that make users spread your product for you. We design the product moment first and the campaign around it.
Who it is for: Funded Web3 teams about to launch a product, token or app that need users to spread it.
Virality comes from something users want to show other people. We find that moment in your product and build the campaign around it.

What We Do
Trailer, mechanic, launch day and referrals are planned as one sequence and run by one team.
01
Launch trailers and cutdowns
We write, produce and cut the launch trailer, then back it with retargeting on everyone who watched.
- Trailer script and production
- Short cutdowns by channel
- Retargeting on viewers
- Creator-ready asset pack
02
Shareable mechanics
We design the card, badge or claim that users post about themselves, so every user becomes a distribution channel.
- Share card or badge design
- Claim and reveal flow
- Status tiers and leaderboards
- Creator seeding plan
03
Launch-day sequence
We schedule creators, community raids, press and paid support into one hour-by-hour plan for launch day.
- Launch-day run sheet
- Creator and Creator Den raids
- Community and partner posts
- Live monitoring
04
Referral loops and reporting
We build referral and points loops so each sign-up recruits the next one, and report on the loop every week.
- Referral mechanics
- Points and quest design
- Sign-up and activation tracking
- Weekly report
Viral Growth Campaigns
How It Runs
We start with a short sprint to pick the mechanic, then build and run it against a dated launch plan.
Step 01
Onboarding sprint, weeks 1 to 2
We audit your product, pick the shareable moment and agree the launch plan and calendar.
Step 02
Build
We produce the trailer, the share mechanic and the referral loop, and test them before launch.
Step 03
Launch
Creators, community and paid support go live on the launch-day run sheet.
Step 04
Report and extend
We report weekly, keep the loop running and put more effort behind what spreads.

Questions and next steps
Book an Intro Call
Book an intro call. We will look at your product and tell you which mechanic we would build first.
01How much do viral growth campaigns cost?+
Programs are scoped after an intro call. We run a one or two week onboarding sprint, then a monthly retainer, with growth spend on top that you approve. We do not publish a number because it depends on the mechanic, the production and the launch calendar.
02Can you make any product go viral?+
No. We look for the moment in your product that users already want to show other people, then build around it. If there is none, we tell you in the sprint and propose a different plan.
03Do creators get paid to share it?+
Some campaigns use paid creators and some, like the ETHGas Gas ID card, spread without paid spend. Creators always post themselves, and we disclose sponsorship where required.
04How early should we start before launch?+
Start four to eight weeks before launch for the trailer, the mechanic and the creator seeding. A shorter timeline works for a single mechanic with a smaller scope.
05How do you report on a viral campaign?+
Every week you get sign-ups, activated and funded users, referral loop performance and the trading activity tied to the campaign. We set the targets with you and judge the work against them.
