This policy explains what personal information Surgence Labs collects through surgence.io and our forms, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have.
1. Who we are
Surgence Labs ("Surgence", "we", "us") is a Web3 growth marketing agency. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit surgence.io, fill in one of our forms, book a call, apply to work with us as a creator, or subscribe to our updates.

- Cookies and similar technologies used for analytics, advertising measurement and security (see section 6).

3. How we use your information
- To reply to you, schedule and hold calls, and send what you requested, such as a guide.
- To scope, propose and deliver our services.
- To review creator, KOL and job applications.
- To send updates you signed up for. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in each email.

- To keep the site and our forms secure and to prevent spam and abuse.
- To meet legal obligations and to protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Legal bases
Where data protection laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR apply, we rely on: your consent (for example for non-essential cookies and marketing emails), steps taken at your request before entering a contract, our legitimate interests in running and growing our business in a way that does not override your rights, and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, under terms that limit how they may use it. These include:
- Website hosting and infrastructure (Vercel).
- Call scheduling (Cal.com).
- Email delivery (Resend).
- Analytics and advertising measurement (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Contentsquare, Databuddy, X Ads).
- Spam and bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile).
- Internal team notifications and collaboration tools (such as Telegram, Google Workspace and Notion).
We may also share information with professional advisers, with a buyer or successor if our business is reorganized or sold, or where the law requires it.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to measure traffic and campaign performance (Google Analytics), to understand how pages are used through session analytics that may record clicks, scrolls and page interactions (Contentsquare), to measure the results of our ads (Google Ads and the X Ads pixel), and to protect forms from bots (Cloudflare Turnstile). We also store small preferences in your browser, for example whether you closed a pop-up.
Visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are asked before these cookies are set. Anyone can change their choice at any time from Cookie settings in the site footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.
7. International transfers
Our team and service providers work in several countries, including the United Arab Emirates, the United States, South Korea, Singapore and the European Union. When we transfer personal information across borders, we use appropriate safeguards where the law requires them, such as standard contractual clauses.
8. How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above: enquiries and leads for as long as there is a reasonable business relationship or interest, client records for the length of the engagement and any period required for legal, tax or accounting reasons, and newsletter data until you unsubscribe.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, email contact@surgence.io. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
Our site and services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
