1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of surgence.io and the content, guides, tools and forms on it (the "site"), operated by Surgence Labs ("Surgence", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our client services are provided under a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.

2. Not financial advice

Content on the site, including case studies, guides, blog posts, podcasts and directories, is general information about marketing and growth. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not an offer or recommendation to buy or sell any token or asset. Past client results do not guarantee future results.

3. Using the site

You agree not to:

• Use the site in a way that breaks any law or regulation.
• Try to gain unauthorized access to the site, its systems or its data, or interfere with how it works.
• Send spam, malware or false information through our forms.
• Scrape or copy the site in bulk, or use it to build a competing database, without our written permission.

4. Our content

The site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, designs, guides and the Surgence Labs name and marks, belong to Surgence or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own non-commercial use with a link back to the source. Any other use needs our written permission.

Client names, logos and results are shown with their permission and remain the property of their owners.

5. What you send us

When you submit a form, application or brief, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are allowed to share it. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. We treat project details you share before an engagement as confidential and use them only to respond to you and scope our work.

6. Third-party links and services

The site links to third-party sites and uses third-party services, such as booking and analytics tools. We are not responsible for their content, policies or availability, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

7. No warranties

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted or that its content is complete or up to date.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Surgence is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or tokens, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Surgence Labs is established, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them, unless the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be waived.
