Today, we are announcing that Surgence Labs is officially a member of the Circle Alliance Program, joining a global network of companies building the next generation of digital dollar infrastructure alongside the team behind USDC.
Stablecoins have moved from a crypto curiosity to a core piece of how money will move on the internet, and the partners shaping that shift are getting formalized into a coordinated ecosystem. We are proud to be one of them.

The Circle Alliance Program is Circle’s curated network of partners building around USDC, EURC, and the broader internet financial system. Members include financial institutions, blockchain companies, infrastructure providers, and now go-to-market specialists who help take stablecoin products from concept to scale.
Joining unlocks direct collaboration with Circle, members-only insights and events, joint product and marketing opportunities, and access to a fast-growing roster of companies all rowing in the same direction. It is not a self-serve directory. Membership is curated, and inclusion sends a clear signal about who Circle considers credible to build alongside.
Since launching in Dubai in 2022, Surgence has grown into a 40-plus-person operator-led agency embedded inside more than 50 Web3 teams. Across that work, we have helped clients generate over $300M in revenue.
Our coverage spans the nine verticals where stablecoins matter most: DeFi, Layer 1s and Layer 2s, infrastructure, wallets, neobanks, trading platforms, prediction markets, AI agents, and gaming. That is not a coincidence. Wherever USDC is becoming a primary settlement rail, we have already been doing the work of turning technical capability into traction.
Circle is not looking for generic agencies trying to retrofit Web2 playbooks onto on-chain users. They want partners who live inside the ecosystem and ship growth that shows up on-chain. That is the lane we have been building in for three years.
For Surgence clients, the partnership means earlier visibility into Circle’s product roadmap and stronger storytelling backed by the industry’s leading stablecoin issuer. If you are a portfolio company shipping on stablecoin rails, that is a real edge.
For Circle’s ecosystem, it means a battle-tested go-to-market arm that can move USDC-native products from launch to liquidity. Community building, KOL strategy, content, distribution, and on-chain growth loops are all in scope. We bring the operator playbook. The Alliance brings the infrastructure and credibility. Together, that combination is hard to match.
For the industry, this is one more data point in a clear trend. Stablecoins are graduating from a crypto-only product to global payments infrastructure, and the marketing playbook is catching up. The teams winning the next cycle will not be the ones with the loudest launch. They will be the ones who pair real product with sophisticated, ecosystem-aware distribution.
If you are issuing on USDC or building stablecoin-native products and you do not yet have a go-to-market team that thinks at this layer, this is a good moment to fix that.
Over the coming months, expect content and education with Circle’s ecosystem, co-marketing for portfolio clients building on USDC, and expanded support for stablecoin-native launches across every vertical we serve. We will also be contributing to the broader conversation about how on-chain growth actually works at scale.
This is not the milestone. It is the start of the work. The bar we hold ourselves to is the same one we hold our clients to: measurable outcomes, on-chain. Joining the Alliance gives us a stronger seat at the table to deliver them.
If you are building on USDC, EURC, or anywhere in the Circle ecosystem, we help teams turn stablecoin infrastructure into traction. Strategy, community, content, KOLs, launch execution, and full-funnel distribution, all calibrated to the on-chain user.
