iAgent: 4,949 Nodes Sold in a Bear Market
How Surgence sold 4,949 iAgent nodes in a bear market with 200+ communities, 79 creators and a Korea community build behind the campaign.

- nodes sold
- 4,949
- raised (about $1.3M)
- 742 ETH
- cost per user at TGE
- $11
The Starting Point
iAgent came to us pre-launch with no audience. Node sale sentiment was poor, and a node-as-a-service provider had technical problems.
How We Grew iAgent
Built separate narratives for investors, gamers and node operators, so each audience heard its own pitch.
Built a Korean crypto community with Hypelabs and local ambassadors that drove close to half of node sales.
Activated creators and onboarded two partner projects to reach their user bases.
When node sentiment stalled, changed the offer so nodes farmed $AGNT immediately, and demand came back.
Ran the TGE campaign on the AGNT XP platform across 200+ communities, 30+ ambassadors and 79 creators.
The Results
- Pre-sale sold out at 0.135 ETH
- X from 0 to 175,000 followers and 8,000+ Discord members
- 500,000+ AGNT XP visitors in one month and 150,000+ new Telegram members
- 3M+ views, 800K+ engagements, two days trending on X and Kaito pre-TGE rank 42

What iAgent Said
“Selling nodes in that market was hard, and halfway through it stalled. Surgence changed the offer instead of pushing harder, and their Korean community and creator network brought demand back within days.”
