Surgence was first brought on for the NFT sale. XOCIETY faced low quality engagement and a stagnant user base, with the broader NFT market in decline.

How we ran it

We restructured the Discord, built a gamified user journey, and released the 5,000 Frontier Avatars in three tiers to build momentum and avoid a failed mint. Across four playtests we used incentive pack design, leaderboard mechanics, and regional agency management to hit retention and user acquisition KPIs. We then ran the XOCIETY Corporate Share sale, letting players burn the native token for shares to reduce sell pressure at TGE. The partnership deepened into Surgence IP integration inside the game.
